Tax Manager - Human Capital Services (HCS) - Performance Improvement (PI) - HR Technology (Multiple Positions), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Houston, TX. Deliver global HR technology consulting services, including strategy, process evaluation, process improvement and risk mediation, design of HR system delivery options (instance consolidation of HR systems, shared service center development, use of technology to generate efficiencies), and HR IT strategy. Benchmark key performance indicators, and evaluate HR process effectiveness. Work on HR systems/HR service delivery strategy and organization design, as well as HR process mapping and redesign. Perform portfolio rationalization of HR-related applications of integrated systems or best-of-breed solutions. Support and lead vendor solution evaluations. Deliver HR-related functional implementations covering key phases of the software development lifecycle. Actively engage in required consultations. Provide leadership to employees, manage and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities. Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.
