If you have a passion for helping others learn and build next-generation skills by creating amazing learning experiences, you may be a fit for our team.  We are looking for a learning administrator to coordinate, track and evaluate learning offerings for multiple technical curricula designed to help our associates develop cutting-edge Tech skills. As a member of this team, you will work in a rapid and agile environment, and have the opportunity to play a critical role in building new technical training curricula from the ground-up.

Responsibilities of the learning administrator will include:

-Coordinate with internal and external training suppliers to plan, organize and schedule training events including setting up, tracking, reporting and administering learning events through the Learning Management System (LMS) and other applications

-Develop processes and reports to ensure that learners have access to desired learning content, courses, events, etc. to meet expanding learning needs across the organization

-Evaluate the impact of training offerings through surveys and other feedback collection tools to make data-driven recommendations that will improve learner experience

-Serve as the primary point of contact for learners by developing and sending communications, addressing learner questions, ensuring on-time and accurate delivery of training materials; deliver exceptional customer service

Build relationship with and serve as the primary point of contact for instructors, subject matter experts, training suppliers, facilities managers, tech support and other key roles involved in coordinating and delivering exceptional training experiences

-Serve as a subject matter expert for immediate team and customers (learners) on the learning platforms used to manage and deliver learning content and learning experiences

-Manage the end-to-end logistics for assigned learning paths; this includes coordinating the activities required to setup, deploy, measure, and provide reporting on learning events, classes, self-directed learning experiences, etc. Seek continuous improvement by identifying new ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of coordinating and administering learning experiences for assigned learning paths

Basic Qualifications: 

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience

- At least 1 year of project management or process management or event planning experience

-At least 1 year of client management or supplier relationship management experience

Preferred Qualifications: 

- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field

- 4 years of experience in project management, process management or event planning

- 2 years of experience in Client Consulting or supplier relationship management
