This opportunity is on site at a key banking client with whom we have a long and deep relationship. The client trusts us to support and protect their best interest in their journey to transform for a digital world.

Our practitioners will sit side by side with clients as well as staff from other companies. Applicants must have required hard skills in regards to technical knowledge and coding ability, but they also must be adept and comfortable operating in an agile environment in which they will engage in conversation and debate with clients and other partners. The applicant must feel confident in their ability to demonstrate value and move the work forward by developing excellent code, but also interacting with peers and more senior staff to solve challenges and take advantage of opportunities to create efficiency and effectiveness.

We summarize this as creating client and end-user value by overtly helping to deliver an excellent product. One part of the product is the code and functionality, the other part of the product is adding value to the team as described above -- all in the interest of transforming the clients business for a digital world.

Responsibilities include:
  • Leading the Front and Back End development teams on engagement(s) in developing complex, high volume & scalable applications focused on state of the art technologies.
  • Leads development of projects that will be executed using agile methodology with dynamic team of technical, business and vendors.
  • Collaborating with client technology and day to day business staff and being proactive and willing to go above and beyond to satisfy client and the delivery of project goals.
  • Use cutting-edge tools and technologies to deliver the design and development of digital applications.
  • Working directly with Chief of Technology, Information Security and other supporting organizations to deliver a robust product meeting client standards
