Robert Half is currently seeking an advanced skill set support candidate for a 6 month contract to full-time opportunity in the Lakeland Area. The Help Desk Technician will diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve level 2 technical hardware and software issues. The Help Desk Technician will also setup and remove users, and perform a variety of maintenance, end-user support, and support tasks to ensure company and user requirements are met.
