A client in Center City is looking for an Administrative Assistant to assist their Major Accounts Department. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Account Executive and Service Teams. As directed, they will be assisting with administrative and technical assignments, assist with preparing insurance related documents and maintaining and managing document management system. The Administrative Assistant will also handle phone, mail, set up client meetings and manage calendars, process policies and additional administrative support as directed.
