Bilingual French/English Technical Customer Care Agents; Robert Half Technology is looking for 5 bilingual French/English speaking people to join an established helpdesk to support business clientele with technical issues. Training will be provided! Great opportunity to break into a growing company and potentially build a career. Do you speak French and have great customer Service? This might be a phenomenal opportunity for you! Support desk is open 24x7, so looking for 1 person to work each shift. Day Shift pay will start at $20.00 per/hr. Swing/Grave and Weekend Shifts will pay up to $25.00 per/hr. Will be responsible for 1st level support of technical issues relating PCs, Laptops, Tablets, Network Connectivity, and Applications. Will be taking inbound calls from employees in the US and Canada. Preform diagnostic troubleshooting steps to identify problem, help the person resolve or fix the issue.
