The manager is looking for, at a minimum, candidates who are very tech savvy.
Need to be able to manipulate data sets in Excel, be very familiar with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
If candidates have any previous experience working with labeling software, this is STRONGLY PREFERRED (especially Bartending Labeling software).
The manager would prefer to see individuals with previous documentation experience; however, she is potentially open to recent graduates looking to gain experience who are very comfortable with computers and the entire MS Office Suite.
The selected individual will be assisting with reformatting existing documents into our client's standard formatting.
Currently, the company is transitioning a local site in La Jolla and ensuring that all of their procedural documents match our client's standards. This is the project that these individuals will be assisting with.
Manufacturing information from existing forms, spreadsheets, and batch records will be reviewed to create and control new electronic batch records (EBR), Bartender label templates and reference image files.
Tasks include performing data collection of critical parameters from existing manufacturing process instructions and converting the data into a format compatible with import into the EBR database, creating label templates in Bartender label printing software, and change requests in Agile document management system.
The position requires working closely with other team members to evenly divide work each day as well as review data collected by others to ensure accuracy. Weekly throughput goals will be set and tracked to meet project timelines.
Skills: The ideal candidate is very detail oriented and is comfortable manipulating large data sets in Excel.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a science discipline.
