Imagine working on one of the most important issues surrounding digital advertising today: Using massive online and offline data sets and predictive analytics to create digital consumer audiences to drive superior marketing results. Oracle Data Cloud's OnRamp is in the center of the ODC offerings, by providing customers solutions to match data from their own CRMs, reach those customers online via desktop, mobile or video, profile their customers against insights and go beyond their own CRM to find other like-customers.

This is a tremendous opportunity to shape the future of digital advertising and Oracle Data Cloud (ODC) is at the forefront of creating new types of targeting capabilities for marketers. This individual will be working with cross-functional team to drive some of the most important ODC digital audience products.

Responsibilities:

  • Create product specs, job stories, and prototypes in collaboration with engineering or independently when necessary
  • Identify technical solutions for customers
  • Develop and communicate priorities across the company by collaborating closely with engineering
  • Establish story acceptance criteria for the development team
  • Actively address ambiguity and change in the product backlog
  • Organize releases, release dates and sprints with engineering leaders while communicating roadmap and product launches

  • Be the go-to source of knowledge for your product responsibilities

  • Define and analyze metrics that inform product development and continuous optimization to increase adoption, engagement, and additional benefits to customers.
  • Collaborate with peer product teams (such as Measurement, Data and ID, Mobile, DLX Audiences), OnRamp GTM team, vertical teams (CPG, Retail, Auto, Tech/Telco, Digital, International) and Outbound Product Management so product features meet the expectations of customers.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • BA/BS or MS in quantitative discipline
  • Experience in product strategy/development/management and digital marketing technology required.
  • Exceptionally strong in technical details, customer-facing interactions and analytical skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills, including the ability to translate complex technical products and features into intuitive concepts and graphics.
  • Proven track record in a high-growth, entrepreneurial, and action-oriented culture.

Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.

As a member of the product development division, you will define product specifications and or strategy. Gather and analyze information to define product specifications and review design specifications. Communicate product strategy and functionality. Initiate and foster relationships with other groups. Review product documentation and collateral. Ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities.

BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience.
