Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities:

-Creatively source candidates for our Engineering team and assist with screening, scheduling and coordinating all interviews
-Arrange travel for candidates, taking care of all communication & organization
-You'll help our team provide an amazing candidate experience, support an innovative recruiting vision and assist with new-hire on-boarding
-Track recruiting activities and provide candidate status in a weekly report
-Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
-Support our People & Talent Team, helping with projects and serving as a contributing member of a high performing team
-Assisting with Company events in and out of the office

What You Have
-5 years of technical sourcing / recruiting experience at a tech company (MUST)
-Exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to build relationships across the organization and with candidates
-Great judgement, awareness of the effects your actions may have, always evaluating best course of action
-Innovative spirit, self-motivated with a desire to work in an ever-changing and fast-paced environment
-Excellent written and verbal communications skills
-Strong time-management and organization skills with an obsession for details
-Thrives on meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
-Administrative support background a plus
-Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
-Ability to function effectively with others on the team and independently
-Strong demonstrated experience with Google Apps (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
