A Technical Service Representative Job in San Diego, CA is available through Adecco Engineering and Technology. Qualified candidates will have experience with printers, copiers, and break fixes. Technical Service Representatives will be working in a hospital fixing any problems that arise with their printers and copiers. They will also assist CSR (customer service representatives) with their responsibilities.
Technical Service Representative Job responsibilities include:
• Fixing any problems that may arise with the hospitals printers, copiers and break fixes.
• TSR's will have 50% travels to surrounding hospitals.
• Responsible for maintaining help desk and preventive maintenance.
• Meeting with clients on site and fixing printers.
• Coordinating technology from one office to another.
• Experience with printers, copiers, and break fixes.
• Excellent customer service skills and experience.
• Break fix experience is required.
• Networking experience on installing printer on printer service is a plus.
• Must have a working knowledge of about printers, copiers, etc...
