Job Requirements Technical Support Position
Job Objective: Software Support to customers via phone and email

Key Responsibilities: Provide assistance to customers with day to day operation of software including but not limited to:
*Initial installation for a new customer, initial software setup, how to use particular functions, guidance in where to find information, how to correct any errors and/or mistakes.
*Ability to communicate with customers quickly and efficiently to allow them to continue with their day.
*Maintain records of calls to and from customers via Sales Force
*Light administrative work

*Familiar with PCs, PC Operating Systems and networking
*Basic IT knowledge required
*Ability to learn quickly
*Problem solving skills
*Excellent communication skills
*SQL Query and SQL Server knowledge a plus

MUST be willing to work all shifts Monday-Sunday, including 5p.m. to 1 a.m.
