We are looking for a Technical Support Analyst well versed in EtQ to join our team for a long-term contract with the possibiliity of being converted full-time.

We need someone that can ideally troubleshoot the application and figure out where the data is coming from. We would like this person to be able to read basic script (Python, Javascript, etc) and understand what it means and where you would look within EtQ based on the ticket (we use ServiceNow)

The ideal candidate will have had a support role in the past and will be willing to pick up a phone/read an email to understand a user's problem with great customer service skills. Once given an issue, you'd go into the application, troubleshoot the problem to determine if it is an user issue, security issue, access issue, or if there is something wrong with the application itself that would require an escalatation to the next level. Your focus will not be solving the problem but rather to be personable, have an understanding of the issue, and to troubleshoot it.

The current volume ranges on average of 40 helpdesk tickets per week and at least 10 emails a day for troubleshooting. There are roughly 150-200 inquires total which is managed right now by two people. This role may continue to evolve as they your knowledge/support within EtQ grows.

EtQ knowledge is a very nice to have and ideally preferred. We are looking for someone that understands the modules within EtQ and how they connect or how they add someone to a user profile or appropriate group so they have certain access. You will primarily be supporting users in manufacturing sites as well as EHS and Quality Leads. There are roughly 14 locations and about 1000-2000 end users.
