Modify or create training materials as required to meet business needs

Manage small training projects

Update QuickStart materials

Coordinate external vendor supplied training. Write purchase requisitions, book training rooms, set schedule, send invites, manage invoices.

Process vendor supplied training documentation

KTX program management

Process knowledge training delivery

Manage updates of training content as part of change control / document change control process

Review local and global documents for assignment accuracy

Deliver EHS, GMP, train-the-trainer, and other courses
Deliver technical training as required
Track training assignments and modify as required
Manage internal and external partners and suppliers, along with training and development budgets related to specific initiatives.
Research new training methods and materials to identify those that will provide value to our associates
Prepare reports on training completion and effectiveness
Develop training plans for business units
Represent the training department in internal and external audits
Coaches trainers to higher levels of performance
Calculate cost and benefit of training programs
Selects vendor and consultants to meet specific training needs
Support change management efforts to ensure both business processes and culture are prepared for the successful implementation of training services and enterprise solutions.
• Degree in Science, Engineering, Instructional design, or other relevant field
• 3+ Years in developing training and instructional design according to industry standard methods
• 5+ Years in delivering training
• Experience with one or more e-Learning software tools (Articulate, Captivate, or others)
• Experience with one or more of the following: Quality Control Laboratories, Warehouse operations, Manufacturing, Maintenance, or Utility Operations
• Qualified trainer certification, either internal or external
