We’re looking for an innovative, shining star technical writer who can put on their IT professional hat to create compelling and actionable content for our audience. Use your skills and laser-sharp focus to teach our IT professional customers about Windows client and server technologies.

In this role, you’ll be part of a close-knit team of technical writers who obsess over technology. We create everything from learning tutorials to long-form articles to videos – and we’re looking to add a fresh perspective as our team grows. Bring your ideas about the ways we can help IT administrators use Windows and Windows Server!

You’ve got:

•A solid understanding of an IT Pro’s needs

•A desire to tell compelling, impactful stories that help customers solve problems

•A love of delighting customers with content

•An insatiable curiosity about how customers are using our products

•A hunger for data and making data-driven decisions that maximize your impact

Basic requirements:

•3-5 years of writing experience

•A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Technical Communications, English, or an additional 2 years of experience
