This position requires at least a bachelor's degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems/Technology, or Engineering (any), plus 5 years of post-baccalaureate experience in IT consulting, including the following professional experience: 5 years implementing Oracle PeopleSoft version 9.0 or higher, including HCM, Benefits, Recruiting, Profile Management and Performance Management modules; 5 years driving/running implementation projects; 3 years defining and designing Oracle PeopleSoft global business processes; and 2 years working on PeopleSoft projects in at least two of the following industries: manufacturing, banking, retail/services, or pharmaceutical.
