Job Description Technology Delivery / Partner Management Executive, Corporate Products and Services

The Technology Delivery / Partner Management Executive leads a diverse team of IT professionals (e.g. Development, Support teams and/or Business Systems Analysts. Technology Project Managers, etc.,) and is the key interface with the Corporate Products & Services business, Operations and key stakeholders in assessing scope, planning and delivering the most optimal end to end technology solution or service by effectively managing resources / services and support as well as relevant costs to enable business strategies. Job Requirements Sets direction and oversees a significant and diverse group/mix of technology professionals in the end to end delivery of technology solutions and/or services for the Corporate Products & Services

Oversee multiple large complex technology projects, system enhancements /applications and/or application management and requires top level expertise/specialization combined with management of a discrete unit or function, having significant autonomy and a long term business perspective

Accountable for a significant and sizeable budget for either on-gong maintenance and/or new developments/system enhancements for assigned business clients at the executive level

Manages a diverse range of IT professionals typically through a management team that directly manage a team of specialists involved in complex integration, development or system maintenance projects (where team size generally exceeds 50+ FTE and additional third party resources)

Oversees end to end delivery for a significant portfolio or suite of applications/platforms comprised of multiple concurrent projects / programs that can be enterprise in scope and generally up to and including projects at the Tier 1 level, with a high complexity profile

Reports to Head of Commercial Technology Qualifications Undergraduate degree or Technical Certificate; Graduate degree, preferred

10 + years of experience delivering a portfolio of complex technology projects

Deep technology experience/background (application development, infrastructure etc.) complemented with proven experience managing technology teams

10 + years of technology experience; expertise managing technology and product vendors

5+ years of experience supporting technology for B2B businesses viz. Cash Management Services and allied products

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Managers, other than those who serve as Executive/Senior Level Officials and Managers, including those who oversee and direct the delivery of products, services or functions at group, regional or divisional levels of organizations.

Receive directions from the Executive/Senior Level management and typically lead major business units.

Implement policies, programs and directives of executive/senior management through subordinate managers and within the parameters set by Executive/Senior Level management.

Serve at functional, line of business segment or branch levels and are responsible for directing and executing the day-to-day operational objectives of the Company, conveying the directions of higher level officials and managers to subordinate personnel and, in some instances, directly supervising the activities of exempt and non-exempt personnel.

Includes those who report directly to middle managers.

Support the development and implementation of operational strategies and objectives to achieve measurable excellence in the quality delivery of sales, service, and products aligned with "Best Run" concepts and overall enterprise strategy and objectives.

Participate in establishing and executing plans and goals for the Business to drive toward results.

Develop and maintain an operating budget, ensuring adherence to budget. May delegate budgetary assignments to direct reports, but maintains overall budgetary responsibility and oversight.

Provide financial reports and analysis including budget variances to management on a regular basis.
