Global Operations (Global Ops) focuses on creating positive experiences for MetLife customers and helping the company make the best use of its global resources. We’re looking for unique talent with fresh perspectives that can propel innovation. In this role you be responsible for Project Intake activities.  Act as a liaison between the business and IT personnel to support business work requests, AD sizings and project scheduling

 

  

  • Under minimal supervision, oversees all aspects work intake and scheduling.

  • Manages critical relationships between the business, vendors, internal end users and the IT area to achieve successful outcomes.

  • Runs Intake meetings, publish meeting notes.

  • Provides updates to business leadership regarding Intake status.

  • Create Intake reports and provide updates.

  • Monitor the progress of initiatives, milestones and budgets to ensure timeliness and deliverables are met.

  • Facilitates conversations to reach consensus and remain focused on end goals.

 


 

  • Able to work  independently and drive results. 

  • Able to manage different phases of concurrent projects effectively with minimal supervision

  • Communicates progress effectively to all audiences which would include senior leaders.

  • Actively drives status updates including developing documentation that actively communicates the strategic goal.

  • Technical mindset with ability to identify, drive solutions, and offer additional options.

  • Has an understanding of system design and approach and has ability to question, challenge, and solution independently while keeping end goal in mind.
