Job Description :Reporting to: USTS Technology Shared Services Technology Transformation and Innovation, Director, the Technology PMO Lead has eight direct reports and 100 to 110 FTE's in the reporting structure.

USTS Technology PMO Lead is accountable for championing, governing, scaling, and measuring technology delivery for TD Bank, America's Most Convenient Bank. Job Requirements This role will serves as the Portfolio Executive for the Technology group and will work closely with the Delivery Transformation Executive to support the transformation to agile methodologies. Must be comfortable working with hybrid processes and methodologies. We value leading teams over managing tasks, and adapting to change over conforming to plans. This role offers a great opportunity to become part of a leadership team driving transformational change. Qualifications Undergraduate /Post Graduate Degree

Project Management Certification required

10+ years relevant experience

Strong knowledge of program, process, and change management techniques; structured approaches to creative problem solving, decision making, and business strategy.

Ensures alignment of a portfolio of projects to the strategic target leverages frameworks to drive strategic prioritization.

Build strategic partnerships as primary relationship manager and trusted advisor with one or more Lines of Business at senior organizational levels to drive and deliver on strategic direction.

Delivers end-to-end programs of multiple projects that are large in scope primarily with cross-functional or inter-departmental implications executing against the business strategy and all elements of personnel, communication, quality, timeline, risk and expense management.

Oversight of PMO initiatives impacting the end-to-end core processes within Technology.

Establish a resource management framework (tools and processes) for effective resource allocation.

Collaborates effectively with executives, peers and business partners on deliverables, timelines and support needed; is accountable for portfolio/program performance including quality, risk, time, expense, and adoption.

Influences senior business leaders by effectively anticipating and exercising critical thinking and judgment.

Establishes and/or enhances program and Line of Business governance and processes for maximum performance and efficiency

Uncovers root causes to business challenges, identify opportunities, and make recommendations though proper questions and tools.

Manage PM skill requirements. Actively manage staffing process, skills training and PM performance to ensure alignment with business requirements

Aligns with cross-divisional entities to ensure results and reporting complies with expectations/ Influence Inclusiveness
