Job Summary: Participates in the providing quality staffing services to the enterprise.

Functional Responsibilities: Coordinates and schedules candidate interviews and job fair logistics for a team of recruiters. Conducts competitor research and internet-based sourcing. Serves as the system administrator for the recruitment management system. Provides administrative support for the strategic staffing team. Performs other related duties as assigned or required.

Supervisory Responsibilities: None.

Typical Experience: High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred. 2+ yrs. relevant business experience.
