Job Summary: Participates in establishing corporate discipline around staffing metrics. Manages and evaluates preferred search firm vendor relationships as well as defining proactive sourcing strategies for the enterprise.
Functional Responsibilities: Defines and analyzes staffing related data and trends. Manages staffing performance reports. Partners with the HRBC community in ensuring job requisition data integrity. Refines, communicates, and manages the preferred recruiting vendor process. Evaluates recruiting vendor performance and compliance with processes. Serves as an advisor to the organization on executive search firm usage, industry practices and the corporate policy. Partners with HRBCs in defining proactive sourcing strategies to support Line of Business-specific recruiting needs. Researches sourcing and staffing best practices in general and best practices in staffing technologies and metrics in particular. Develops business cases for the adoption of new or revised staffing programs, technologies and/or processes. Promotes the staffing/hiring model with business customers. Manages and/or supports adhoc staffing projects. Performs other related duties as assigned or required.

Typical Experience: Bachelor's degree. 3-5 yrs. relevant business experience.
