Key Responsibilities
  1. Partner with Country HR/COE to create/update Employment Terms and Conditions in accordance with statutory regulation
  2. Appointed Specialist in legal country HR responsibility and Owns all HR Country Program Content (this role is restricted on the basis of business requirements)
  3. Supporting and coaching Mgrs./EE's on application of HR Programs/Policies/Processes/Systems including complex issues resolution and change management
  4. Implement, coach and lead complex EE Separations. May be appointed POC responsibility on a restricted basis depending on business/country requirements
  5. Partner with Managers on managing EE Relations issues. Consult with legal council and Country HR on complex legal issues
  6. Advise Mgrs. and EE's on Mobility requirements, and is the POC with the Mobility specialist
  7. Coach Mgrs. and EE's on Staffing processes, policies, programs
  8. Provide information to Mgrs./EEs with enquiry on resources avail for development needs
  9. Advise on country/state pay policies, payroll documentation and local governance on OT practices
  10. Coach managers on Comp & Ben issues and redirect to Global Rewards as needed

Qualifications:
Education
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 7 - 10 Years of Experience
