Pay Rate/Salary: $13.00-14.00 / Hour
Staffmark is hiring Tier 1 Help Desk Agents for a Call Center in the North Columbus area.

These are Temp to Hire positions starting out at $13.00/hr plus a $1.00 shift differential for any shift starting after 10am, after training.

Available shifts are Monday-Friday

8:30am-5pm

12:30pm-9pm

1:30pm-10:00pm

These positions require excellent customer service experience and great computer skills.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Answers phones, voice and electronic mail to respond to customer requests

  • Transfers customer calls to appropriate staff

  • Identifies, documents, researches, and resolves customer issues using the call tracking system

  • Follows-up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved

  • Manages open calls to ensure prompt resolve

  • Refers unresolved customer issues to designated departments for further instruction and / or resolve
