Staffmark is hiring Tier 1 Help Desk Agents for a Call Center in the North Columbus area.
These are Temp to Hire positions starting out at $13.00/hr plus a $1.00 shift differential for any shift starting after 10am, after training. All shifts are Monday-Friday only.
These positions require excellent customer service experience and great computer skills.
Transfers customer calls to appropriate staff
Identifies, documents, researches, and resolves customer issues using the call tracking system
Follows-up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved
Manages open calls to ensure prompt resolve
Refers unresolved customer issues to designated departments for further instruction and / or resolve
