Robert Half Technology's Fortune 1000 client, an international real estate firm in the Washington DC area, is seeking a Tier 2 Help Desk Analyst to immediately join their team. This analyst should be prepared to handle tickets from a large national help desk and handle a high volume of Remedy tickets and calls. This analyst should be experienced in Windows 7, Active Directory, and have a passion for customer service!
