One of our competitive clients is looking for a Help desk/PC Support technician to join their existing team.
This person will take approximately 15-20 calls per day providing technical support to internal end users. The candidate will also be doing PC software support on Windows 7, MS Office, MS Outlook, Internet Explorer 11, as well as some proprietary applications, etc.
Candidates are expected to troubleshoot the tickets and resolve problems instead of escalating them.
