JOB DUTIES: This position entails reviewing and validating the accuracy of data contained within mortgage loan files, follow up on outstanding title documents, and approving the completed file. Review files and provide data on liens on title which will need to be addressed. JOB REQUIREMENTS: 1+ years of recent experience in residential mortgage lending or servicing required Title specific experience in reviewing and approving actual title commitment required Familiarity with and ability to comprehend mortgage loan documents required Ability to read and translate information from a 1003/Loan application 1 year previous vendor contact experience preferred HUD or closing experience is a plus Mortgage processing or underwriting experience a large plus Familiarity with Home Mortgage Disclosure Act a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent customer service skills Ability to analyze, compare, interpret, and process data Ability to work independently and be detail-oriented Basic computer skills required Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel required WAGES: $18/hr To be considered for this position, please use the "apply now" button to submit your resume.
