The Tools and Systems Management Administrator supports a wide area of tools and requires knowledge in one or more of the following technologies, (Tripwire, ITM, BAC Topaz BSM, Sitescope, Netcool and Xmatters). Each of these software tools requires the technician to support one or more of these tools in the following methodology. Support backend and agent maintenance. Work on all Tool related CHG, Service and Incident tickets. Resolve all agent connectivity issues reported by INC Tickets. Conduct daily audits for SOX compliance. Support all Tool, DB and OS patches and upgrades. Engage with vendors to open cases for troubleshooting and solutions. Review and follow up on approvals for all CHG requests related to code and configuration changes. Maintain the product taxonomy for hardware and software. Engage with ECC and platform teams to resolve all escalated issues to minimize the downtime. Update and resolve the INC tickets on a timely basis to avoid SLA breaches.
