Training and Development Advisor

As a Training and Development Advisor, you will build and develop training strategies/solutions by partnering with business units (individual contributor through executive) across the enterprise.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

-Scope complex and enterprise initiatives by collaborating with multiples partners (eg. legal, Operations, Marketing, Regulatory, Compliance, etc) to define training strategies including design, development, implementation and evaluations plans.
- Align with partners (eg. Retail, MinuteClinic, Omnicare, HR etc.) to inform, influence and recommend specific training deliverable.
- Collect and synthesize information from many diverse sources, both qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate and/or inform training strategies.
-Build presentations of training strategies to facilitate comprehension and alignment at all levels of the organization.
- Lead the design process, including: meeting the project budget, crafting and leading the project plan, scoping and mitigating risk, collaborating with the clients (contributor to executive) to ensure quality standards are met. Responsibilities also include the design and development of individual training deliverables when needed.
