As a Training and Development Advisor, you will build and develop training strategies/solutions by partnering with business units (individual contributor through executive) across the enterprise.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
-Scope complex and enterprise initiatives by collaborating with multiples partners (eg. legal, Operations, Marketing, Regulatory, Compliance, etc) to define training strategies including design, development, implementation and evaluations plans.
- Align with partners (eg. Retail, MinuteClinic, Omnicare, HR etc.) to inform, influence and recommend specific training deliverable.
- Collect and synthesize information from many diverse sources, both qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate and/or inform training strategies.
-Build presentations of training strategies to facilitate comprehension and alignment at all levels of the organization.
- Lead the design process, including: meeting the project budget, crafting and leading the project plan, scoping and mitigating risk, collaborating with the clients (contributor to executive) to ensure quality standards are met.
