The Training and Development Senior Manager - Global Value & Access will develop, direct and coordinate Global Commercial Operations training activities for Global Value and Access (GVA). Responsible for the development and execution of core curriculum, new hire, POA and follow-up training for the GVA Account Manager teams.
Works directly with Marketing Teams, Field Sales Management and Sales Training leadership to design, develop and implement training sessions. Will manage quality of field training programs, as well as conduct needs assessments and on-going field research. Collaborates with marketing and business unit trainers to assess and customize all training for POA meetings. Maximize efficiencies across all business units to improve cost effectiveness. Collaboration with other training resources, sales and marketing customers critical to achieving overall goals. Strong internal account management and ability to manage remote relationships will be critical.
Travel: Up to 50% (domestic and international)
Basic Qualifications:
Doctorate degree and 2 years of Training experience OR
Master's degree and 6 years of Training experience OR
Bachelor's degree and 8 years of Training experience OR
Associate's degree and 10 years of Training experience OR
High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Training experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Account management and/or sales management experience is highly preferred
Record of success,
Ability to demonstrate good team member and leadership qualities
Matrix management skills
Strong analytical and technical skills, creative problem solving, and excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills
The ability to oversee complex projects and manage time, resources and cross functional teams
