Training Consultant

Position Summary:
As a Training Consultant you will support the Learning and Innovation team with ensuring that new hire
on-boarding, new hire training and existing colleague training is completed successfully. In this role, help update and maintain CD&A training documentation, support CD&A projects and initiatives to ensure new hires and existing colleagues receive the most current training materials and work instructions.

Additional responsibilities of the Training Consultant include:

  • Assisting with creating and updating work instructions and curriculum
  • Acting as the liaison to the training team and CD&A operational teams
  • Monitoring and support training activities in vendor locations
  • Analyzing training data, create and implement recommendations to improve curriculum/delivery quality, efficiency, and effectiveness
  • Researching and supporting various Operations duties and reports as needed
  • Travel required 10-50% (seasonal).

Required Qualifications:
  • 1+ years working in an operation environment
  • 1+ years of experience with computer programs, specifically SharePoint and Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ability to learn new software or methods of communicating metrics and performance
  • Knowledge CD&A Medicare Part D Operations
  • Ability to obtain, review, analyze and compile information from multiple data sources
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and identify potential issues and/or opportunities for problem solving
  • Excellent communication, organization, leadership and customer service skills
  • Must be self-motivated with a strong, positive, confident attitude
  • Ability to remain calm and courteous in periods of stress
  • Ability to communicate effectively within multiple levels of contact
  • Ability to work and create word document applications

  • Verifiable High School Diploma or GED is required
  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
