A Training Coordinator job in St. Mary's, OH is available courtesy of Modis Engineering. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's or associate's degree and at least five years' experience in the development and implementation of training programs in a high-volume manufacturing environment. The Training Coordinator job will oversee and assess training needs of the company. Additionally, The Training Coordinator job will lead orientation and develop training materials for new hires. The Training Coordinator job should have at least a working knowledge of SPC, root cause analysis, and TS 16949 systems and standards.
Training Coordinator Job Responsibilities:
-Oversee the assessment of training needs based on key indicators of indicators of individual, department, and business performance.
-Coordinates will all departments to compile bi-annual training plans
-Develop training programs that support continuous improvement, meet specific customer requirements, and support improvement of associates' knowledge, skills, and abilities
-Develop and implement training materials and orientation for new hires and transfers
-Collaborate with other department supervisors, production technicians, trainers, safety coordinator, continues improvement coordinator, and others on various training and awareness programs and projects.
-Bachelor's or Associate's degree
-Minimum five years' experience in development and implementation of training programs in a high-volume manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive industry
-Working knowledge of SPC, Root Cause Analysis, and TS 16949 systems and standards
-Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles
-Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
