Position Description
Responsible for conducting supervisory, management or non-technical skills training courses for internal staff. Interfaces with functional organizations to develop specifications for content of courses. Conducts follow up to determine applicability of course material. Train on internal systems and payer websites. 

Responsible for conducting QA for onshore and offshore employees. 
Responsible for maintaining payer websites and adding new users. 
Responsible for training new hires on how to navigate internal systems (Epic, DE-IDX, MD4). 

Qualifications



Minimum Requirements
Entry level human resources or training experience

Additional Knowledge and Skills
Some knowledge of practices and policies related to training; good written and verbal communication and presentations skills. Understanding of the Revenue Cycle process. Ability to create training manuals for each job function within the team. Ability to preform QA, and use those results to determine where additional training is needed. Ability to work with all levels of employees and management. 


Education
4-year degree in human resources, business or related field or equivalent experience
