Job Description
As a member of the Transfer Pricing Team, you will work on all aspects of intercompany pricing arrangements between related business entities, including transfers of intellectual property; transfers of tangible goods; services and loans and other financing transactions. Inter-company transactions across borders are growing rapidly and are becoming much more complex. Compliance with the differing requirements of multiple overlapping tax jurisdictions is a complicated and time-consuming task. At PricewaterhouseCoopers, we have a strong international network of dedicated transfer pricing specialists with advanced training in economics, accounting, law and project management, ready to work with you. Our specialists include numerous partners and staff with experience gained with tax administrations. We can advise you on:
- Documentation and planning
- Dispute resolution
- Advance pricing agreements (APAs)

Position/Program Requirements
Minimum Years of Experience: 1

Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or business related field provided all of the minimum requirements are met for CPA licensure per respective state regulations

Certification(s) Required: CPA or commitment to pass CPA exam before being promoted to Manager and thereafter obtain CPA licensure, Enrolled Agent or Member of the Bar

Knowledge Preferred:
Working knowledge of transfer pricing concepts, including transfer of intellectual property, tangible goods and other financial transactions.

Skills Preferred:
Proficient technical skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access) and strong analytical skills.
Working experience identifying and addressing client needs: building solid relationships with clients; developing an awareness of Firm services; communicating with the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner; delivering clear requests for information; demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks; and communicating potential conflicts to a supervisor.
Working experience as a team member: understanding personal and team roles; contributing to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members; proactively seeking guidance, clarification and feedback; providing guidance, clarification and feedback to less-experienced staff.
