Outstanding direct hire opportunity for a Trauma Sales Manager! Adecco, the world's largest workforce solutions company, has partnered with a company which specializes in the development, marketing and sales of the least invasive, fracture specific implant systems for problematic fractures. The Company is dedicated to bringing significant new treatment options to the orthopedic trauma market. The company is a commercial stage venture capital financed company, backed by several leading healthcare venture capital firms. Reporting to a Regional VP of sales, the Trauma Sales Manager will provide sales management and support to our domestic sales distribution network. Specific responsibilities include: Train, support and manage independent 1099 orthopedic sales distributors and sales representatives Identify, qualify and build relationships with new distributors Build and develop relationships with existing and new physicians Provide surgical procedure support for fibula, clavicle and distal radius Meet or exceed sales plan Close business with new surgeons and expand business with existing surgeons Providing sales support and expertise to enhance the company's 1099 distributors and close surgeons Hospital/surgery center approvals for the company's products Helping to set priorities for future products Qualifications and experience: Experienced and respected sales representative who has had a successful track record managing an orthopedic surgery distributor sales network Sales experience in medical device company with best in class systems Well liked and well respected by both surgeons, hospital personnel and peers Proven ability to establish and maximize distributor relationships, including reps and principals Prior experience in a venture funded or start-up environment is a plus Comfortable traveling 70-90% of the time. High energy, strong work ethic and unquestionable integrity Self motivated with a proven ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks while achieving commitments for deliverables Proficient with IT systems and software including Microsoft Office and CRM software Must live near a major metropolitan airport with direct flights throughout the country. Unquestionable ethics and compliance to FDA regulations, Sunshine Act and company policy Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited college. MBA is a plus
