Adecco is looking for a local Travel Coordinator & Admin Assistant position for a client located in Sarasota, FL. This is M-F 9am-6pm

Requirements:

MINIMUM of 2 years admin experience
Must be able to multi-task
Excellent Customer Service
Prior experience in a Corporate office setting
Good proofreading and letter writing skills

Duties:
Making all travel arrangements for technicians, sales, managers
Corresponding with all departments
Answer service calls
Acting as Receptionist support - answering lines, transferring calls, handling customers, greet customers and guests
