Responsibilities:
•Manage travel for up to 100 people across several different time zones.
•Create and update itineraries for individuals and small teams.
•Tracking of all transactions and ability to generate ad hoc reports.
•Perform weekly and monthly reports on travel expenses.
•Assist/troubleshoot in-destination travel issues.
•Collaborate with the Geo managers and engineering teams to develop and define new and improved metrics, tools and reports".

Minimum qualifications:
•BA/BS degree, technical degree preferred.
•In lieu of degree, 1+ year of relevant work experience.
•Superior spreadsheet modeling and skill presenting data.

Preferred qualifications:
•Relevant analytic experience in generating reports and dashboards.
•Very strong spreadsheet skills, comfortable with processing large amounts of data.
•Experience with creating reports/
dashboards/visual display of information.
•Adept at learning new internal tools and systems.
