Treasury Operations Supervisor-10217616
Cintas is currently looking for a Treasury Operations Supervisor to supervise treasury operations for all divisions of Cintas. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, serving as liaison between Cintas locations and the bank; maintaining domestic and foreign depository banking relationships; reconciling cash flow processes; analyzing cash balances in the general ledger; developing and assisting with daily cash management systems to streamline cash flows; managing foreign exchange functions for all divisions operating internationally to include opening, closing, and ongoing account maintenance; administering BankCard systems and bank software programs; developing system reports; assisting to maintain bank information; completing bank reconciliations; preparing and recording of investments and interest income; reconciling investment ledger accounts to broker statements; monitoring and evaluating cash adjustments; communicating with locations and various departments on treasury processes; supervising and coaching treasury operations team; training staff; reviewing the work of cash management assistants; and assisting with hiring.
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Accounting preferred.
• 2 years relevant business experience required
• Minimum of one year of banking and/or treasury experience preferred
• Knowledge of processes of both U.S. and International financial institutions preferred
• Prior experience supervising a team is preferred
• SAP experience is preferred
• Prior experience working with banking software is preferred
• Knowledge of computer software applications including Microsoft Word and Excel required
