The Corporate Treasury function has an immediate opening for an intelligent, qualified and highly motivated candidate for a unique opportunity. This position reports to the Treasury Director, Foreign Exchange and Liquidity (International Treasury) with responsibilities including but not limited to:

  • Develop and maintain financial models to ensure sufficient liquidity exists at domestic and international subsidiaries to cover operational, capital investment, and shareholder return requirements
  • Partner with Sector Treasury teams to develop efficient funding and investment strategies while managing counterparty risk exposure
  • Analyze and forecast funding and liquidity needs of international subsidiaries and interface with Sector Treasury teams to implement cost effective funding measures
  • Mobilize excess cash from international subsidiaries
  • Forecast and plan international interest expense and income
  • Flawlessly execute intercompany debt and equity transactions
  • Determine the domestic and international cash sources and uses
  • Support FX desk trading activities as needed
This candidate will work with multiple functions within Treasury (Cash Operations, International Treasury, Capital Markets), other Corporate functions including Control and Tax, as well as the Business Sectors.

To be successful, candidate must be extremely driven, have an eye for detail, deliver results within deadlines while balancing multiple concurrent priorities, and be prepared to work in a fast paced and evolving environment.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • 3-5 year of experience in corporate treasury, banking, or financial consulting
  • Bachelors degree required. MBA and/or CFA is a plus
  • Strong analytical abilities and excellent Excel financial modeling skills required (VLookup, Pivot, etc.)
  • Experience with Quantum and Hyperion Financial Management a plus
  • Ability and desire to become a well-rounded and highly qualified Treasury professional
