Guaranteed min $1500.00 a week

$300.00 Month housing allowance

$24.50 Hour


This is a no touch freight position .


Route/Activity - Drivers will deliver frac sand to well site.

Shift - This is a 24/7/365 operation . Shifts will vary based on customer routing. Schedules will be 6 on 2 off, 12 hours shifts .

Availability - Applicants must reside in the Midland/Odessa area.
For applicants outside of the Midland/Odessa TX area No relocation is offered or available for this position. Most deliveries are within a 200 mile radius.

Equipment - Standard & Automatic Tandem axle day cabs. All positions will be slip seated. Frac sand boxes . Electronic logs.

Certifications - PEC Safeland, H2S

Compensation - $24.50/Paid Weekly.- . Guaranteed min of $1500.00 week

Responsibilities:
-Safe and responsible operation of assigned equipment.
-Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines.
-Report vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations, or damage before and after route.
-Primary interface with the customer at point of delivery.
Job Qualifications:
-At least 23 years of age
-CDL Class A license required
- 1 year CDL experience driving with clean MVR
-3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations/accidents
-Reliable and customer oriented
-Safety oriented
-Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
-Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening required.
