Trust Direct Investment Strategist This position will perform analysis on investment portfolios, create implementation and transition plans, monitor and manage accounts, perform periodic reviews and maintain accounts. This position will serve as a key contributor to the speed and success of the Unified Managed Account (UMA) platform's adoption, ultimately leading to increased wealth management assets, improved business efficiencies, and increased wealth business profitability as well as an improved client experience.

Position Responsibilities *Responsible for managing the investments of moderate to very complex accounts including the coordination of re-balancing & investment updates. *Implement new account asset allocation and investment fulfillment. *Implement client specific constraints and guidelines. *Facilitate cash flows, contributions and withdrawals. *Transition securities into or out of the portfolio. *Rebalance manager and asset-class weights. *Manage and control portfolio risks. *Monitor asset allocation guidelines. *Monitor Model drift and dispersion. *Execute all required trades for accounts. *Internal and external client contact is expected. *Facilitate tax management of accounts: tax lots, harvest gains/losses, monitor tax budget, police wash sales, manage de minimums trades, implement regular updates, etc. *Utilize a deep understanding of portfolio construction, investment management, and Modern Portfolio Theory concepts. *Interact with client facing professionals to ensure that established investment objectives are fulfilled within defined risk parameters. *Understand and ensure compliance with Comerica Asset Management Group policy guidelines and practices. *Assist Relationship Managers and Investment Advisors with portfolio consulting needs and processes. *Develop a complete understanding of the platform's value propositions, functionality, and features and be able to position and communicate these benefits to internal and external parties.

Travel 10% travel is required of this position.

Qualifications

*Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field of study

*6 years of investment, finance or consulting experience advising high net worth clients with complex/unique needs
