Position Summary
This individual will be primarily responsible for identifying, defining, and developing funding sources to support existing and future services, including but not limited to, Expert-ConnectSM and CME-accredited educational programming. This individual will coordinate the development, writing, and submission of grant proposals to foundations, grant-making organizations, and third-party entities.

This position is also responsible for coordinating the execution of services in collaboration with internal and external partners, in addition to collecting, analyzing, and reporting data on the performance of program activities that are funded by third-party public and private sources.

Travel to meetings with internal and external stakeholders as needed (up to 25% of work hours).

Key Responsibilities
1. Conducts full range of activities required to prepare, submit, and manage grant proposals to foundation and corporate sources, including letters, proposals, budgets, and presentations. Works with finance to gather information necessary to report to corporate/foundation funders on current grant programs. Maintains calendar of letters of inquiry, proposals deadlines, and reports. 55%
2. Performs prospect research on foundations and corporations to evaluate prospects for corporate and foundation grants. Identifies new program areas. 30%
3. Program reconciliation, including collection, analysis, and reporting of program data 10%
4. Special projects as needed 5%

• 5+ years experience in grant writing
• Able to work well in a team environment, handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines
• Computer skills â€" basic computer applications (Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook)
• Must be available to travel up to 25% of working hours

Work Schedule
8:00am-5:00pm, M-F
