Responsible for coordinating training efforts in close partnership with Trainers, including scheduling, attendance, facilities, and materials. Develops and maintains aids and training materials. Maintains updated curriculum database and training records.
Manages and maintains in-house training facilities and equipment.
Assesses instructional effectiveness and summarizes evaluation reports to determine the impact of training on worker skills.
Position will receive direction and support.
Advanced Excel and Word proficiency
Experience in using IT tools
Willing to take on new challenges, looking for ways to improve work processes
University or college degree preferred but not required
