Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

Serves as first point of contact for uniform room, assists employees with daily uniform needs
Provides basic administrative support for the department by answering phones, maintaining professional email correspondence, data entry, printing and initiating other communication related to the department

  • Completes daily, weekly and monthly inventory reports, as needed
  • Present during employee check-in to assist frontline associates and managers
  • Maintains phone logs of communication with internal and external business partners
  • Maintains proactive communication with all levels of staff and management
  • Supports enforcement of building appearance, dress and grooming standards
  • Assists with special projects, as assigned
  • Other miscellaneous duties as assigned
  • Must be 18 years of age or above
  • Minimum Education:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum Experience:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an internal or external customer-centric environment
  • Minimum Skills/Abilities:
  • Must have the availability to work an event-based schedule, including early mornings, days, nights, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to work independently
  • Basic Computer/Microsoft office skills required

Minimum Education:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.

Minimum Experience:
  • Minimum of two years experience in customer service

Minimum Skills/Abilities:
  • Must have the availability to work flexible hours (early mornings and evenings) based on the meeting demands
  • In the event of inclement weather, will be required to remain on site and on duty until replaced.
  • Strong reading and writing skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Able to clearly speak English
  • Strong Computer/Microsoft office skills required

  • Driver's License
