University Recruiting Programs Coordinator:
Splunk is looking for a top-notch University Recruiting Programs Coordinator to join us as we begin recruiting interns and new college graduates for 2018.
Responsibilities: I want to and can do that!
The University Recruiting Programs Coordinator is the main point of contact for all formal campus recruitment events and will be working on lots of exciting projects that will have a huge impact on the University Recruiting program. The UR Program Coordinator is responsible for Splunk's on-campus presence including all administrative aspects and logistics for on-campus event processes, including scheduling events, vendor management, job postings, ordering and maintaining booth collateral processes, and downloading student resumes. This individual will also have a leadership role in owning elements of the intern program as well as intern on-boarding.
This position will include data-entry responsibilities for candidate management, applicant tracking, and university relations systems. Additionally, this individual will get experience in marketing & branding for University Recruiting, lead social media projects, explore partnership opportunities, and so much more!
Requirements: I've already done that or have that!
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a fast-paced, HR or Staffing related customer service role.
- Experience coordinating interviews for both local or remote office locations.
- High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio).
- Experience providing metrics or reports that require keen attention to detail and numbers.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Experience managing and working with an Applicant Tracking System (Jobvite, Taleo, etc.) or HRIS (Workday).
- Experience being part of an in-house Recruiting or Human Resources team.
- Experience with staffing recruitment projects and hiring metrics.
- Experience with Workday.
- Prior experience communicating in a multicultural, multinational environment with team members who are based in the US and internationally.
- Knowledge of employment guidelines and practices
Education: Got it!
- Minimum High School Diploma, GED or the equivalent required. Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
