Who You'll Work With
Our team provides technical sales enablement support to US National Partners, which represent $11B in product and services sales in the United States. We identify opportunities by supporting US National Partners surrounding identification of Enterprise Networks opportunities. Support account planning when specialized opportunities are identified, especially on dedicated accounts and impact market awareness by participating in seminars, showcases, public events, etc. We also develop & present solutions by engaging with Partners to qualify opportunities, and ensure they are enabled to move forward with customer opportunities. Provide enablement and development to ensure Partner technical qualification for opportunities and build Cisco brand preference. Collaborate with assigned Partners in developing novel solutions and create recommendations for BU's. Develop, plan, and coordinate with Partner account team with regard to deliverables and presentations for specific opportunities. Identify and engage appropriate post-sales support resources to position a services sell. We build collaborative relationships with Partner and Direct Account Team internally, and various technology and business groups within Cisco organizations to collaboratively shape solution development in Enterprise Networks. Provide leadership, guidance, and development with National Partners in technical responses to customer RFP's.

Who You Are
You have strong business acumen displayed through maintaining a detailed-level of expertise of the business economics and trends within Enterprise Networks, and how Cisco solutions add financial and strategic value. Technical Acumen displayed through an expert understanding of internetworking industry trends, including new products and solutions. You have excellent knowledge in Networking Platform Design. Expert technical consulting skills, including ability to define trade-offs, ask probing questions, and incorporate Cisco solutions into a broader technology environment. Expert knowledge in solution design, and Leadership Ability displayed through mentorship and development opportunities to junior SEs. You collaborate with internal virtual team members and proactively share findings from your own practice to the team. Drive solution delivery for specific opportunity with Partners. Clearly and succinctly convey information and ideas, including expert executive communication and presentation skills.

You must have at least 5 years of selling and supporting Partner/Direct Technical Sales Enablement. Expert knowledge and demonstrated operating experience in Enterprise Networks Solutions and baseline knowledge in the remaining architectural area's (DC, Collab, Security). CCIE Routing/Switching strongly preferred.
