We are seeking a User Experience (UX) Strategist within the Brighthouse Financial Experience Design Team in Charlotte, NC. This role serves as a unique hybrid of business and technical consultant with the ability to operate as a business analyist, project manager and digital technology lead. The UX Strategist will be responsible for defining, validating and shaping the definition and direction of a specific project or solution. Acting as a change agent within our organization, this person will be charged with translating business issues and opportunities into technical solutions.
Annuities and Life Insurance producers and consumers are rapidly adopting online & mobile tools to learn about financial products and solutions. Those interactions often span multiple communications channels (email, web, mobile, social, print and direct contact), across devices and locations.
The User Experience (UX) team is responsible for the end to end design & creation of online experiences for customers and advisors including but not limited to, websites, interactive sales tools, and mobile solutions. As part of this team, the UX Strategist must be able to display thought leadership, technical prowess and the ability to manage cross-division, cross-functional teams from project inception to completion.
