The Vaccine Sales Manager (VSM) is a sales and marketing professional responsible for supporting the sales and marketing activities into our RNA, MSH and ISMC segments. This position will support and execute sales plans for our customer segments (RNA, MSH, and ISMC), support sales planning as well as initiatives to create new and incremental business. VSM will also support collateral development and sales education and will be responsible for analyzing and understanding the following: purchasing and order behavior, contract setups, pricing management and will work with Sr. Director to develop sales plans to support customer growth and expansion. VSM will assist Sr. Director with monthly budget reports, current income projected to be $35M. VSM will be presenting budget information to VP of Brand Rx. VSM is expected to look for areas in the current sales process that would be eligible for process improvements and work with other groups to influence change to these processes. The VSM role is one that requires strong independent decision making skill.
