The Director National Sales will be responsible for profitably growing VEB brands (portfolio currently includes Honest Tea, ZICO, Peace Tea, Tum-E-Yummies and Hubert's Lemonade) through effective collaboration with the NRS Team. The position will be located in TX and will work with the Coca-Cola NRS team on accounts that include, but are not limited to HEB and Albertsons TX divisions. This position will analyze and evaluate the status of VEB and competitive brands on an ongoing basis, develop account objectives, meet with Coca-Cola accounts with the NRS sales team and create & execute ad & marketing activity to drive volume per outlet.

Position can be located in Dallas, Houston or San Antonio TX.


  • Develop and manage sales progress of assigned chain account performance in the profitable volume and execution of the assigned VEB brands and monitor ongoing business trends to effectively forecast sales volumes for each account on a monthly basis

  • Develop and present in collaboration with NRS Team, creative and results oriented presentations to chain accounts. Designed to profitable grow assigned VEB Brands. Execute Shopper Marketing programs to enhance VEB Brand performance with assigned key accounts and expedite resolution of customer problems/ complaints. Improve overall customer relations, sales volume and profile in the marketplace.

  • Deliver net revenue and profit contribution objective.

  • Effectively communicate and collaborate all promotional activity and schematic changes to field execution teams.

  • Work closely with marketing and commercial management to effectively communicate brand position to customer shoppers.

Minimum Education: Undergraduate Degree; MBA preferred
Minimum Experience: 7-10 years in sales management; preferably in the beverage and/or CPG industry
Preferred Experience: 10 plus years' experience in sales and management, preferably in the non- alcoholic beverage and/or consumer products industry.
