The Retirement Plan Strategies (RPS) Leader is responsible for a team of actuarial consultants within the Full Service Solutions (FFS) team. The leader is responsible for a consulting practice proactively serving the needs of FFS clients, while also generating a healthy profit margin, acquiring and developing talent, and assisting in the success of internal business partners. The leader oversees a team of ~60 associates, concentrated in Hartford with staff also in Chicago. The role reports to the leader of Client Relationships and Business Development (CRBD) and the position is located in Hartford. Additional Responsibilities:
- Support the development and the delivery of a market-leading actuarial consulting services across defined benefit, defined contribution and nonqualified programs in an ever changing environment
- Proactively identify and collaborate on business opportunities across Prudential Financial Inc.
- Positively impact client satisfaction and profitable persistency of the FSS book of existing relationships and contribute, when necessary, to issue resolution for clients and intermediaries
