The Equity Capital Markets department is searching for an experienced Vice President in our New York, NY offices at 299 Park Avenue.
The Vice President position will serve critical functions coordinating equity origination, execution and product management across the entire organization. The individual will work closely with senior relationship managers within each of the firm’s industries and regions of focus. As a full-service firm, capabilities should expand all equity products including IPOs, follow-ons, preferreds, ATMs, share repurchases, convertibles / equity-linked and derivatives. Importantly, the candidate will be highly enthusiastic about leveraging prior experience to contribute to the development of the firm’s equity franchise.
Responsibilities will include delivering bespoke solutions to clients, deal execution, maintaining and building new client relations from a product expertise perspective and expanding the overall equity franchise. As conditions dictate, the individual would be expected to develop and/or further expand industry specialization.
