Job Description
As the Vice President of Retail Merchandising-Store Brands,you are responsible for developing a leading the Multi-Billion dollar StoreBrand Business for CVS Health. Thisincludes the biggest brand in our retail stores, CVS Health Brand. You willdevelop, and lead strategic growth ofthe entire store brand portfolio through strong cross functional collaboration.
You are responsible for Store Brands that will meet or exceed the front store sales,margin and inventory targets , but also responsible to develop, and building of brands that areavailable only at CVS, that create valuefor customers and to the company, short and long term, through profitable growth and by creating loyalty to our stores. Youlead a team that monitors and benchmarks competitors to maintain or grow ourleadership position and market share. You will be responsible for Store Brandsexpansion, Product Development and astrong pipeline of new items as well as NewBusiness Development and innovative products and programs for our brands.
You will led the strategies that define our brand strategies , their role in our business, anddevelop the pipeline of opportunities that our store brands can serve. You will lead that team that will drivecustomer engagement with our brands through customer insights driven actionusing our multiple tools like promotion, extra care and digital tools.
You will also lead our quality assurance and qualitycontrol team. These teams provideproduct quality functions, testing and monitoring as well as developing leadingstandards for our store brands and quality functions for all front storeproducts, ensuring trust and loyalty to CVS Health.
You and your team will also negotiate and collaborate with suppliers to create programs thatwill improve profits.
Finally, you will partner across with key CVS Healthenterprise partners to ensure alignment of the goals and initiatives and work alongsidesenior leaders in Inventory, RISD, Pricing, Logistics, Store Operations andMarketing in a coordinated fashion. You will also partner with our enterpriseleaders to create customer and payer solutions to drive our business.
As a leader of a large team and will be responsible todevelop talent, build a high performing team and build engagement.

Required Qualifications
· 8+ years of work experience in
strategy development, business execution and P+L management, people management,
and leadership in a large retail environment.
· Strong strategic and analytical
skills with demonstrated ability to turn into actionable strategic frameworks
and operational plans.
· Strong executive presence and communication skills;
capable of influencing and driving collaboration at all levels within the
organization, as well as externally in business development and with
supplier management.
· Proven ability to influence key stakeholders.
· Experience with quantitative methodologies, and the
ability to draw actionable insights from large quantities of data.
· Experience building and leading high-performing teams.
· Experience managing a significant budget and P&L.
